Sharaf DG is hiring a Business Process Intern to support its business teams in documenting, analyzing, and improving key workflows. Job Details

• Collaborate with business teams and SMEs to understand current processes through interviews and discussions
• Document Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), workflows, and policies clearly using Visio, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Analyze processes to identify inefficiencies and recommend improvements or automation opportunities
• Support process improvement initiatives by gathering data, conducting research, and reporting on performance metrics
• Participate in ongoing process reviews, updating documentation as needed to maintain accuracy and clarity

Ideal Profile

• Pursuing or recently graduated with a degree in Business Administration, Management, Information Systems, Engineering, Finance, or related fields
• 6-12 months of relevant experience in process documentation, mapping, or analytics (via coursework, projects, or internships)
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and process mapping tools such as Microsoft Visio
• Strong analytical, communication, and presentation skills
• Familiarity with process improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen) is an advantage
• Must be under relative visa sponsorship in the UAE
