Job Profile
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
Prior experience (2+ years) in process improvement, business analysis, or operational consulting.
Proficient in tools like Visio, Lucidchart, or BPM software for creating process diagrams.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a strategic mindset.
Ability to translate business needs into technical and operational solutions.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for cross-team collaboration.
* Familiarity with Lean, Six Sigma, or other process optimization methodologies is a plus.
