Assistance and support in the implementation and management of licenses, in order to support the implementation and development of the Company business plan and to monitor the business strategy of the clubs by ensuring the development of plans and clarity of procedures
3. Providing support for the development and implementation of licensing Co, including supervision, education and monitoring.
Review and update the licensing regulations to ensure compliance with the FIFA/AFC regulations.
Coordinating and facilitating basic club licensing processes - workshop/ assessment report/analysis/prototyping
4. Responsible for evaluating financial standards for club licensing and monitoring adherence to standards on an ongoing basis.
5. Monitor and inform the clubs on legal dispute issues affecting the club and recommend solutions - FIFA disciplinary decision, player registration penalty, etc.
Qualifications:
Holds a bachelor's degree in a related field.
Knowledge and experience:
ACCA membership (or equivalent).
Familiarity with business planning processes.
At least 7 years of experience in finance and accounting (preferably in football) with 3 to 5 years in a related specialist position.
At least 3 years in a supervisory management position.
General knowledge and experience in dealing with various football activities (an added advantage)
