Key Responsibilities:
Business Partnership:
Collaborate with stakeholders to develop and execute strategic business initiatives.
Identify growth opportunities and partnerships that enhance the institute's market position.
Participate in financial planning, budgeting, and resource allocation.
Institute Coordination:
Oversee academic scheduling, curriculum implementation, and faculty coordination.
Ensure compliance with educational standards and institutional policies.
Facilitate communication between departments, staff, students, and external partners.
Manage day-to-day operations to support a productive learning environment.
Skills & Competencies:
Strategic planning, relationship management, organizational leadership, effective communication, problem-solving, multitasking, and knowledge of academic administration.
