Manage the day-to-day running and development of Amazon, Newegg, Walmart & other similar marketplaces
Conduct the daily site maintenance via periodic hygiene check on daily basis
Create & publish daily sales reports and feed back to the wider team on a daily basis
Analyze why certain products are trending up or down, clearly articulate observations and propose strategies to troubleshoot problems
Develop strategies to increase sales, reduce costs and drive conversion rate of listed products including price optimization, coupons and deals, removing unprofitable products etc
Coordinate with supply chain teams to ensure products are always in stock, of premium quality, having updated packaging and having all appropriate required certifications
Ensure sufficient inventory to fulfil orders by coordinating with production team, creating appointments & sharing shipping labels with them
Review weekly customer service reports, daily customer feedback and putting into place action items to ensure efficiency of the process
Define a clear and lean sales strategy for onboarding new partnerships - Partnering with brands for new products listing
Required:
Min 1-3 years of experience in managing operations, merchandizing of Amazon, Newegg, Walmart or other similar marketplaces etc
Ability to resolve customer issues with empathy and action
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
Ability to identify potential risks and effectively diffuse situations
Detail-oriented passionate individual with ethical and unbiased integrity and decision-making abilities
Positive mindset, self-motivated, able to work independent
Knowledge & understanding of computer technology will be a big plus
