Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Manage the day-to-day running and development of Amazon, Newegg, Walmart & other similar marketplaces
• Conduct the daily site maintenance via periodic hygiene check on daily basis
• Create & publish daily sales reports and feed back to the wider team on a daily basis
• Analyze why certain products are trending up or down, clearly articulate observations and propose strategies to troubleshoot problems
• Develop strategies to increase sales, reduce costs and drive conversion rate of listed products including price optimization, coupons and deals, removing unprofitable products etc
• Coordinate with supply chain teams to ensure products are always in stock, of premium quality, having updated packaging and having all appropriate required certifications
• Ensure sufficient inventory to fulfil orders by coordinating with production team, creating appointments & sharing shipping labels with them
• Review weekly customer service reports, daily customer feedback and putting into place action items to ensure efficiency of the process
• Define a clear and lean sales strategy for onboarding new partnerships - Partnering with brands for new products listing

Required:

• Min 1-3 years of experience in managing operations, merchandizing of Amazon, Newegg, Walmart or other similar marketplaces etc
• Ability to resolve customer issues with empathy and action
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to identify potential risks and effectively diffuse situations
• Detail-oriented passionate individual with ethical and unbiased integrity and decision-making abilities
• Positive mindset, self-motivated, able to work independent
• Knowledge & understanding of computer technology will be a big plus
