Job Information
- Manage the membership portfolio, seeking to retain customers, expand business, increase profitability and avoid default;
- Offer financial products and services that meet the needs and expectations of members, such as credit, investment, insurance, consortiums, among others;
- Support the agency manager in managing the agency\xe2\x80\x99s team, processes and indicators;
- Participate in financial and cooperative education actions, promoting the development of members and the community.
Job Requirements:
- Proven experience in financial management and portfolio optimization.
- Knowledge of a diverse range of financial products and services.
- Strong leadership skills to support the agency manager and guide the team.
- Commitment to financial and cooperative education for community development.
