The Role
Work closely with certified partners on enhancing their capability & capacity to establish Tally as preferred selling product with them o Ensure delightful customer experience. o Knowledge transfer and Implementation of organizational programs and policies with partners. o Plan lead generation activities/events with partners to acquire new customers. o Establish a periodic review cadence with partners. o Ensure complete understanding of partner's business operations, profile of customers etc. o Publish work related updates to all the stake holders. o Keep track and information about competitors and their activities in the market. o Knowledge about the market trends and market dynamics in the operating segment.
Requirements
IT hardware distribution /partner management exposure. o Excellent verbal and written communication skills, good selling, and negotiation skills. o Experience in Partner management. o Experience in proactive lead generation techniques. o Accounting knowledge & MS - Office skills. o Fair understanding of B2B purchasing behaviour and SME Operations. o Good understanding of the organization's policies and processes related to customer and partner.
