Business Manager - Sales

to lead our

Sales & Design

teams and drive business growth in the interior design sector.If you're passionate about sales leadership, design excellence, and team building, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage Sales & Design teams in coordination with Sales Operations Plan and manage sales budgets, targets, and performance metrics Analyze market trends and competitor activity to ensure accurate sales forecasts Understand customer behavior, anticipate needs, and enhance customer satisfaction Prepare and present sales reports and insights to leadership Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders Recruit, mentor, and develop high-performing sales & design professionals Oversee delivery of 12-15 interior design projects per month

Qualifications & Skills

Bachelor's degree in Interior Design or a related field Portfolio showcasing design projects or relevant coursework Proven experience in sales leadership and team management Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar tools Strong understanding of design principles, space planning, and materials Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills Detail-oriented with a passion for design innovation Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment Adaptability to evolving design trends and technologies
