We're looking for a Business Manager to take the lead in building and driving a new eFoiling business in the UAE -- a first-of-its-kind experience targeting the expat community who love adventure and the water.

About the Role:

As the Business Manager, you'll oversee all aspects of operations -- from launch setup to daily management and growth. You'll be responsible for driving the business forward, managing a small team, and ensuring smooth customer experiences. This is a role for someone with an entrepreneurial mindset who thrives on taking ownership and building something from the ground up.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee daily operations of the eFoiling business, including scheduling, logistics, and staff coordination. Develop and implement business strategies to drive revenue and customer growth. Manage assets, inventory, and maintenance of equipment (experience in car or rental-based businesses is a plus). Build and lead a team with strong operational discipline and a customer-first approach. Manage budgets, financial targets, and profit optimization. Develop partnerships and community initiatives to grow the brand among UAE's expat and adventure communities. Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field. Proven experience in business operations, asset management, or rental-based services. Strong leadership and decision-making skills with a hands-on approach. Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work independently and take initiative. Excellent communication and organizational skills. Passion for water sports, outdoor adventure, or marine lifestyle. UAE driving license preferred. Male candidates only (operational role requirement).
