to lead operations, drive business growth, and manage client relationships for our business setup and consultancy services in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of UAE company formation processes (Mainland, Free Zone, Offshore), compliance requirements, and market trends, along with the ability to manage teams and deliver exceptional client experiences.
Key Responsibilities
1. Business Development & Client Acquisition
Identify and secure new clients for company formation, licensing, and related services.
Build strong networks with entrepreneurs, investors, and business communities in Dubai.
Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
2. Client Advisory & Relationship Management
Provide expert advice on UAE Mainland, Free Zone, and Offshore company setup procedures.
Assist clients with legal documentation, visa processing, and licensing requirements.
Maintain long-term client relationships and ensure repeat business.
3. Operations & Service Delivery
Oversee day-to-day business operations to ensure smooth service delivery.
Coordinate with PROs, legal advisors, and government authorities (DED, free zones, immigration, etc.).
Monitor timelines and ensure compliance with UAE regulations.
4. Team Management
Lead, motivate, and guide a team of sales executives, PROs, and administrative staff.
Set performance targets and review team output regularly.
Conduct training sessions to improve service knowledge and sales skills.
5. Financial Oversight
Work with the accounts team to manage budgets, invoicing, and collections.
Prepare periodic business performance reports for management.
6. Strategic Planning
Identify market trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities.
Recommend new services and partnership opportunities to expand business scope.
Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field (MBA preferred).
Minimum
3+ years
of experience in UAE business setup, corporate services, or consulting.
Strong knowledge of UAE business laws, DED, and free zone regulations.
Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
Proven track record of achieving business targets.
Fluency in English required; Arabic and other languages are an advantage.
