The Manager of SBN Services for MENA, Africa and Global Programs leads a team of consultants focused on helping customers unlock the full potential of the SAP Business Network. This role is about strategic advisory and execution - guiding customers on how to drive growth, optimize processes, and achieve measurable outcomes.
Key responsibilities include shaping enablement strategies, advising on best practices, and delivering programs such as supplier onboarding, electronic catalog enablement, supplier integration, and adoption initiatives to expand trading partner connections and transaction volumes. The ultimate goal: help customers realize maximum value from the network.
This position blends strategic leadership, operational excellence, and customer-centric innovation. The Manager ensures flawless delivery, empowers team development, and drives continuous improvement to create an exceptional customer experience.
