UKCBC is looking for a qualified professor to join our team and help shape the minds of the next generation of business leaders. The ideal candidate will have a PhD or Masters in business or related field, as well as experience teaching at the college level. He or she will be expected to develop and teach courses in the core areas of business, including Business Environment, Academic proposal, marketing, people management, finance and enterprise.
Duties and Responsibilities
Developing instructional materials such as lecture notes, handouts, and homework assignments
Teach assigned courses in a student-centered environment that promotes learning, critical thinking, and engagement with course material
Foster a positive and supportive classroom environment that respects the diversity of students' backgrounds and experiences
Hold office hours to provide students with individualized attention and support
Evaluate student performance fairly and consistently, providing timely feedback that promotes learning and growth
Teaching students about Business Environment, Academic proposal marketing, people management, finance, enterprise and other business topics
Providing academic advising to students on their course of study or career plans

Requirements:
Education: Business Lecturers with a bachelor's degree and a master's degree in business administration (MBA).
Training and Experience: Have extensive training in Business field. Worked in a business setting or taught courses in business administration.
Certification & License: Teaching Certifications is not a mandatory requirement but preferable.
