We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Business Lecturer to join our faculty. The ideal candidate will have a passion for teaching and a deep understanding of business concepts, theories, and practices. The Business Lecturer will be responsible for delivering engaging lectures, facilitating class discussions, and providing academic support to students pursuing business-related programs. Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and deliver high-quality lectures, seminars, and workshops on various business topics, including but not limited to marketing, management, finance, entrepreneurship, and strategy.
- Prepare course materials such as syllabi, lecture notes, assignments, and assessments that align with program objectives and academic standards.
- Foster an interactive and collaborative learning environment by encouraging student participation, critical thinking, and application of theoretical concepts to real-world scenarios.
- Provide individualized academic support and guidance to students, including advising on course selection, academic planning, and career development opportunities.
- Assess student performance through assignments, exams, projects, and presentations, and provide constructive feedback to facilitate their learning and growth.
- Stay current with industry trends, developments, and best practices in business education, and integrate relevant insights into course content and delivery.
- Collaborate with colleagues and contribute to curriculum development, program enhancement, and academic initiatives within the department and institution.
- Minimum of 3 years of teaching experience in higher education, with a focus on business-related subjects
- Master\'s degree in Business Administration, Management, Economics, or a related field; a Ph.D. or equivalent terminal degree is preferred.
- Proficiency in delivering engaging lectures and facilitating interactive learning experiences, both in traditional classroom settings and online environments.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage and motivate students from diverse backgrounds.
- Demonstrated expertise in one or more specialized areas of business, supported by relevant academic qualifications, industry certifications, and professional experience.
- Commitment to student success, academic excellence, and continuous improvement in teaching practices.
- Business Studies Lecturing: 2 years (Required)
- Dubai: Relocate before starting work (Required)
