in FDI Promotion, Corporate Events within the Forum, Organizing Skills, Business formation, and Investment Advisory

Key Responsibilities:

Business Formation & Advisory:

Advise clients on suitable company structures and licensing options in the UAE and internationally. Assist with end-to-end business setup processes, including regulatory and legal requirements. Provide customized investment and expansion strategies for startups and established businesses. Identify market entry opportunities for clients and guide them through implementation.

FDI & Trade Promotion:

Promote the UAE and other strategic markets as premier destinations for Foreign Direct Investment (FDI). Develop and implement trade and investment promotion strategies for key sectors. Identify and engage with foreign investors, embassies, trade bodies, and international business councils. Facilitate inbound and outbound trade missions, investment forums, and B2B meetings. Support international companies with market entry, business formation, and local partnerships. Build strong relationships with free zones, government entities, and investment authorities. Coordinate with internal teams to create investment proposals, pitch decks, and opportunity reports. Represent CEO Clubs Network at global expos, conferences, and high-level economic events. Monitor global market trends and identify emerging investment and trade opportunities. Maintain a CRM database of investors, leads, and trade contacts.

Networking & Strategic Growth:

Represent CEO Clubs Network at business forums, investment summits, and industry events. Collaborate with internal teams to provide integrated solutions to clients. Support trade missions and investment delegations in identifying strategic partners and opportunities.

Requirements:

Minimum 5 years of experience

in investment advisory, business setup, or consulting.

Female candidates only.

Available to join immediately.

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or related field (MBA preferred). Strong knowledge of UAE free zones, mainland, and offshore company formation processes. Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office, CRM, and business proposal tools.
