About the Role

As our BI Manager, youaEUR(TM)ll lead the design, development, and administration of enterprise BI platforms (Power BI/Tableau) and data warehouses. YouaEUR(TM)ll work closely with senior stakeholders to deliver high-impact dashboards, uncover trends, and enable data-driven decision-making across the business.

Key Responsibilities

Lead BI solution design, dashboard wireframing, and development (Power BI/Tableau) Manage and maintain BI servers and enterprise data warehouses (Azure SQL, Snowflake, Databricks) Perform data exploration, trend analysis, and ad-hoc SQL reporting Collaborate with business teams to gather requirements and deliver insights Ensure QA/UAT processes and provide end-user training Troubleshoot BI issues and implement fixes Drive proof-of-concept BI solutions for evolving business needs

What WeaEUR(TM)re Looking For

Must-Have Technical Skills:

6+ years in Power BI/Tableau development & administration Strong SQL development and data modeling experience 4+ years in enterprise DWH environments (Azure SQL, Snowflake, Databricks) Experience with Agile delivery, Visual Studio, GitHub

Soft Skills:

Analytical thinking & problem-solving Strong communication & stakeholder management Team collaboration & adaptability

Nice-to-Have:

Python scripting Customer profiling & MDM experience Performance tuning for large datasets
