Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain business intelligence solutions that enable data-driven decision-making.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyse business requirements.
- Design and develop data models, reports, and dashboards using BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, QlikView).
- Manage and mentor a team of BI analysts and developers.
- Define and enforce data governance policies and procedures.
- Ensure data quality, accuracy, and consistency across multiple systems.
- Bachelor\'s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in business intelligence or data analytics.
- At least 2 years of experience in a leadership role.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in SQL and a BI tool (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, QlikView).
- Expertise with ETL.
