Job Summary
Supports the GM Office in transforming raw data into actionable business insights. The BI Analyst ensures data accuracy, automation of key reports, and continuous improvement of performance dashboards used across the organization.

Duties / Responsibilities
Works with business teams to spot opportunities and propose solutions to the team. Develops, maintains, and enhances dashboards and automated reports. Conducts data validation and QA checks on ETL outputs. Collaborates with the Data Scientist to define KPIs and business metrics. Documents data issues and coordinates alignments with departments. Assists in ad-hoc analyses related to Performance Management, Operations, Marketing, Business Development, and Finance. Manages metadata and supports the governance of the Enterprise Data Warehouse. #
Skills / Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Computer Science, or equivalent field. 2+ years of experience in BI or Data Analytics (Power BI required). Working knowledge of SQL; Python, KNIME or n8n is a plus. Strong attention to detail, documentation discipline, and a great communicator. * Demonstrated ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
