Job Description
design, develop, and maintain BI solutions that transform raw data into actionable insights, enabling informed decision-making and strategic planning across the organization.
Responsibilities:
Develop and manage BI dashboards and reports using tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar platforms.
Gather business requirements and translate them into technical specifications for BI solutions.
Analyze data trends and provide insights to support business strategies.
Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across all BI systems.
Collaborate with stakeholders to identify opportunities for process improvement through data analytics.
Maintain and optimize data models and ETL processes for efficient reporting.
Monitor BI system performance and troubleshoot issues as needed.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or a related field. Proven experience in BI development and data visualization. Strong knowledge of SQL, data modeling, and ETL processes. Familiarity with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, Qlik). Understanding of data warehousing concepts and relational databases.
. Basic knowledge of programming languages (Python, DAX, or R) is a plus.

Data visualization and storytelling. Analytical and problem-solving skills. Strong communication and stakeholder management. Ability to work with large datasets and complex data structures.
