Job Summary:

This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Teacher located in Dubai, United Arab

Emirates. We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated BTEC Level 3 Business

Teacher to join our faculty. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering high-

quality teaching, learning, and assessment to students enrolled in the Pearson BTEC

Level 3 Business program. The teacher should be able to inspire students, develop their

business knowledge and skills, and prepare them for higher education or the

professional world.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging lessons in accordance with the Pearson BTEC Level 3 Business curriculum. Assess, monitor, and track student progress, providing timely and constructive feedback. Develop and implement innovative teaching strategies to enhance student learning and engagement. Support students with coursework, assignments, and projects, ensuring they meet BTEC assessment criteria. Provide pastoral and academic support to help students achieve their full potential. Maintain accurate records of student progress, attendance, and assessments. Prepare students for assessments and coursework-based evaluations. Liaise with colleagues, parents, and external stakeholders to support student development. Stay up to date with educational best practices, industry trends, and BTEC policies. Participate in department meetings, and extracurricular activities as required.

Qualifications:

A degree in Business, Economics, or a related field. Experience teaching BTEC Level 3 Business or similar qualifications will be a plus. Curriculum development and lesson planning Evaluating student performance Effective communication and interpersonal skills Classroom management abilities

Skills & Experience:

Strong knowledge of business concepts, marketing, finance, & entrepreneurship. Excellent classroom management and student engagement skills. Ability to provide effective feedback and assessment in line with BTEC standards. Strong IT and digital literacy skills for blended learning and online assessments. Passion for teaching and the ability to inspire and motivate students.

Preferred Attributes:

Experience working in further education (FE), sixth-form colleges, or vocational training. Knowledge of Pearson's BTEC policies and grading criteria. Experience in business or industry is a plus.
