Are you passionate about immigration law and assisting businesses in navigating the complexities of international talent acquisition? We seek a knowledgeable and experienced Business Immigration Consultant to join our team. As a Business Immigration Consultant, you will be crucial in providing strategic immigration solutions to our clients, ensuring compliance with immigration laws and regulations, and facilitating smooth immigration processes for their employees. Responsibilities:
- Serve as a trusted advisor to corporate clients on Business immigration matters, including Citizenship by Investment (CBI), Residence by Investment (RIB), Second Passport, Permanent Residency, citizenship, and compliance issues.
- Assess clients\' needs and develop tailored immigration strategies to meet their business objectives.
- Prepare and submit various immigration petitions, applications, and supporting documents accurately and timely.
- Communicate effectively with clients, government agencies, and other stakeholders to provide updates, address inquiries, and resolve issues throughout the immigration process.
- Stay updated on changes in immigration laws, policies, and procedures, and advise clients accordingly.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless coordination and delivery of immigration services.
- Maintain organized records and documentation in compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Participate in client meetings, presentations, and training sessions as needed.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience working in the business immigration field is mandatory.
- In-depth knowledge of Business Immigration.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and research skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Client-focused mindset with a commitment to delivering high-quality service.
- Proficiency in immigration case management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Business Immigration: 2 years (Preferred)
