Propose, discuss and conclude annual revenue and profitability budgets for the region
Design, implement and monitor business plans and strategies to achieve the business goals
Formulate, assign and monitor revenue targets and achievements of the sales team.
Propose, plan and achieve market share targets that is conferred by principals and vendors
Forecasting and procurement of merchandize to achieve the revenue goals
Management of inventory and debtors as per the agreed goals
Monitor and control the revenue and profitability of the corporate solution division.
Plan and execute marketing and sales promotional activities in achieving the business objectives
Lead the corporate solutions team through skills development and fostering a competitive and health work environment.
Train, mentor and guide the team members towards achieving their revenue targets
Recruit, train and deploy staff in line with the approved budgets
Reach and develop new market segments that will contribute to the business goals
External Stakeholder Management
Develop and nurture business relationship with principals and suppliers
Align with principals and supplies towards common agreed business objectives
Discuss and agree business goals (short and long terms) with the principals and vendors.
Develop and nurture channel partner network for the product lines
Train and develop channel partner sales team to facilitate sales throughput
Develop relationships with key accounts to ensure total satisfaction.
Conduct periodical reviews with principals, vendors and customers
Identify and develop new product portfolios that will contribute to divisions financial performance
