Job Description

Requirement:

Minimum 15 years of proven experience in the UAE travel & tourism industry.

Duties and Responsibilities



Lead and oversee all verticals of the business, including Visa, Corporate, B2B, Inbound, and Outbound travel.

Achieve and exceed overall sales targets and business growth objectives.

Utilize a strong customer and supplier base to maximize opportunities through our platform.

Develop strategic business plans, partnerships, and alliances to strengthen market presence.

Supervise and mentor sales & operations teams, ensuring efficiency and high performance.

Represent Dream Easy Tourism in the UAE market and international forums to build brand reputation.

Key Skills & Attributes:



Comprehensive knowledge of all travel products (air tickets, visas, hotels, holiday packages, cruises, insurance, inbound & outbound tours).

Strong leadership, business acumen, and decision-making ability.

Proven track record in achieving high-value sales and driving business expansion.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.

Wide and active network of corporate clients, suppliers, and industry partners.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
