2. Leadership & Team Management
Lead and mentor a team of real estate agents, sales managers, leasing consultants, and support staff.
Drive recruitment, training, and retention of top-performing brokers.
Establish performance KPIs and ensure team accountability and motivation.
3. Sales & Business Development
Oversee the acquisition and disposal of residential, commercial, and luxury properties.
Build and maintain relationships with high-net-worth individuals (HNWIs), investors, developers, and corporate clients.
Design marketing and sales campaigns, including digital and offline strategies.
Develop channel partnerships and referral networks to generate leads.
4. Operations Management
Oversee day-to-day brokerage operations, ensuring service excellence and compliance with RERA and DLD guidelines.
Implement CRM tools and technology for lead tracking, pipeline management, and performance analytics.
Optimize operational workflows to reduce overhead and improve efficiency.
5. Financial Oversight
Manage P&L of the brokerage business.
Monitor cash flows, commissions, and budgeting processes.
Evaluate new revenue streams and product diversification opportunities (e.g., short-term rentals, holiday homes, off-plan).
6. Compliance & Risk Management
Ensure full compliance with UAE real estate laws, anti-money laundering (AML) policies, and professional codes of conduct.
Conduct regular audits of documentation, deals, and agent licenses.
Develop internal controls and reporting systems.
7. Client Relationship Management
Act as the point of escalation for key client negotiations and conflict resolutions.
Monitor client satisfaction levels and introduce continuous improvement programs.
Build the firm's brand and reputation in the UAE property market.
Desired Profile:
Education:
Graduation in any discipline
Experience:
Minimum
10-15 years
in in real estate brokerage or property development.
Skills:
Preferably 10 years of UAE real estate experience with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
Proven track record of team management and business scaling.
Strong knowledge of Dubai and Abu Dhabi real estate laws and practices.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
Additional Requirements:
Will be based out of Golden Light Real Estate Development LLC - UAE Office.
Fluency in English.
Strong communication skills for interfacing with clients, developers, and regulatory authorities.
High-level negotiation skills, especially for large-scale deals and strategic tie-ups.
