Swiss Masters LLC is a luxury watch and sunglasses company, specializing in premium timepieces and high-end eyewear, supported by a fully equipped service center offering comprehensive luxury watch after-sales and servicing.
We are seeking an experienced Business Head / Chief Operating Officer to independently lead and manage the complete business operations, including international market expansion, luxury watch sales, and service operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee all aspects of company operations and business growth
Develop and expand international and regional markets
Lead luxury watch sales, after-sales service, and fully equipped service center operations
Manage global suppliers, brands, and strategic partnerships
Ensure operational excellence and deliver a premium customer experience
Candidate Profile:
Proven experience in international luxury markets
In-depth knowledge of luxury watches and watch servicing
Strong leadership and operational management skills
Ability to independently run and grow the business
Demonstrated ability to generate business and leverage strong industry contacts
Capable of providing strategic input, making informed business decisions, and taking full ownership of the business with seriousness and commitment
