Job Title: Business Formation Consultant - Business Setup & Company Formation
Position Summary
We are seeking a Business Formation Consultant who will be responsible for identifying, engaging, and converting clients interested in setting up businesses in the UAE. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of UAE business formation procedures and a proven ability to close sales and build long-term client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
Generate new leads through networking, referrals, online marketing, and direct outreach.
Consult with potential clients to understand their business goals and advise on the most suitable setup options (Mainland, Free Zone, or Offshore).
Present and promote our business setup packages, services, and value propositions.
Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth processing of company formation and licensing requirements.
Maintain accurate records of client interactions, proposals, and follow-ups in CRM systems.
Stay updated on UAE business laws, free zone regulations, and licensing updates.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and referrals.
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Minimum 2-4 years of experience in business setup consultancy, corporate services, or sales (preferably in the UAE).
In-depth knowledge of Mainland and Free Zone company formation procedures.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Strong sales orientation and customer service mindset.
Fluency in English (Arabic or other languages is an advantage).
