You will be responsible for driving awareness, developing key accounts, and achieving sales targets in the MEP and FM sectors across Dubai. Key Responsibilities
Create awareness of Sharaf DG Energy's solutions in the MEP and FM sectors
Develop and execute an annual business development plan with clear sales targets and timelines
Manage a consistent client pipeline and maintain strong relationships with MEP contractors and FM companies
Lead full sales cycle: generate leads, analyze BOQs, select manufacturers/products, submit proposals, negotiate, and close deals
Submit timely bids and respond to RFPs and client inquiries
Report on weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales activities and progress
Conduct regular market and competitor analysis to refine business strategy
Represent the company at relevant marketing and industry events
Job Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Electronics Engineering
3-5 years of experience in sales, specifically within the MEP supply sector
Valid UAE driving license and access to own vehicle
Strong technical understanding of energy solutions and project lifecycle management
Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills
Must be available to join immediately or within 30 days
