Job Description
General Role
Responsible for driving the execution of business strategies and operational plans, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and performance standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Translate strategic plans into actionable business initiatives.
Monitor execution progress and report on performance metrics.
Identify operational bottlenecks and recommend solutions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution.
Support change management and continuous improvement efforts.
Required Experience
Minimum 15+ years of experience in business operations or strategy execution, including at least 3 years in a governmental role within the State of Qatar.
Demonstrated ability to manage complex tasks and drive results.
Bilingual proficiency (Arabic and English) is a must.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: QAR10,000.00 - QAR13,000.00 per month
