Introduction to the role

Can you make the difference? Porsche Middle East and Africa FZE is looking to find a professional who combines expertise in business process improvement, digital transformation and project management. This role is critical to our organization as we seek to integrate digital technology and best practice to improve overall efficiency, competitiveness and customer satisfaction.

Job Responsibilities

• Unite the Scattered: You will be the architect of a data ecosystem that transcends boundaries. Wrangle data from diverse sources, build bridges between siloed teams, and create a unified information hub that empowers everyone to make data-driven decisions.
• Challenge the Status Quo: Our traditional approaches have paved the way, but its time to evolve. You will be the champion of change by questioning the existing, implementing new data and digital strategies that unlock efficiency, innovation, and growth.
• Turn Insights into Action: Data is just the beginning. You will translate complex insights into actionable plans, develop data-driven roadmaps, and ensure our digital efforts are laser-focused on achieving our business goals

• Build a Digital Culture: Build a culture of continuous digital improvement. Understand different projects across the organization end ensure digitalisation and data analysis is included as an important decision component.
• Be the at the forefront of new technology. Identify and evaluate new and existing digital technologies, automations, tools, and solutions to enhance operations, customer experiences, and overall efficiency.
• Driver for Digital Initiatives: Manage the implementation of digital initiatives, including process automation, data analytics, and the integration of digital platforms.

Ensure our future growth

• Plan, execute, and oversee strategic projects to achieve predefined objectives within scope, time, and budget.
• Build stakeholder engagement. Monitor and Effectively communicate project progress, mitigate risks whilst building productive relationships and digital adoption with management, key business personnel, vendors and customers.

Qualifications

Essential Criteria

• Certified Skills: Bachelor or Master degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics or Information Sciences.
• A Data-driven Mind: You speak the language of numbers, understand the power of analytics, and can translate insights into actionable strategies. Proven skills with Microsoft Power BI, SAC or other advanced reporting products.
• Digital Dexterity and Guidance: Lead new Digital Solution, proven experience you\'re comfortable leading navigation the everevolving digital landscape.
• Strategic Vision: >=10 Years relevant experience connecting the dots between data, business goals, and digital solutions.
• Change Leadership: You have rallied teams, inspired buy-in, and navigated resistance to lead new ways of working. Experience in Automotive Field is a plus!
• Resourceful Problem Solver: Experience that you thrived in ambiguity, found creative solutions to overcome data challenges and

technical hurdles. * Excellent Communication: You can translate complex concepts into clear project plans and implementation, have communication skills that resonate with everyone, from the top management to all project stakeholders.
