JOB ACTIVITIES

A) NEW DEVELOPMENT PROJECTS

  • Identify new customer projects in industrial segment in assigned markets and territories
  • Coordinate with Industrial Oil & Special Fluids Manager to submit proposal
  • Make joint customer calls with the UAE Sales team and work towards developing new business
  • Support distributors in GCC countries to develop industrial business by regular field visits with their sales team
B) PROSPECT KEY ACCOUNT CUSTOMERS
  • Prospect, negotiate large account business (
50MT per annum) * Achieve sale of 12T+ of Lubrilog products in assigned markets and territories
  • Conducting trials at customer locations in Direct and Distributor Markets
  • Conduct trainings at key industrial accounts
C) MANAGE CURRENT PORTFOLIO
  • Manage the set of customers developed by him
  • Build relationships at all levels within the customer business to give a feel of partnership relationship
  • To work towards a preferred Brand position within the industry
  • To work alongside the Sales team to help introducing new products in existing accounts which involves long trials and approvals
D) MARKET INFORMATION
  • Provide update on the Competitor activities on a regular basis to the Management
  • Regularly update the customer data base with new customer prospects
  • Report on new developments in the market in terms of projects in the region as well as new projects secured by the existing customers.
E) Any other special projects to be carried out as per management needs
  • Develop and promote Aluminium/Steel Hot Rolling Oils & niche Lubrilog Products in Direct and Distributor Markets
  • Upgradation of product range through TCO approach and promotion of Premium products
F) HSEQ OBJECTIVE
  • Strict adherence and compliance towards Group QHSE policy with high Quality of QHSE performance and complying with affiliate's QHSE Policy, Procedures & specific rules & regulations applicable to the area of activity at all time.
  • Participate in the training program to acquire QHSE knowledge and impart this training to colleagues as and when required by Management.
  • Reporting of near misses, incidents, hazards & injuries to line Manager within the time frame as required by Quality, HSE, Energy policies and Manuals.
  • Participate in the investigation and analysis of incidents as and when required.
  • Comply with LIGHT VEHICLE USE & CONTROL HSEP 35
  • Strict adherence to QHSE requirements with full authority to stop any operation for safety reasons.
JOB ACCOUNTABILITIES
  • Develop new business of 300T annually from new accounts across the region with strong focus on value selling
  • Achieve sale of 12T+ of Lubrilog products in your region
  • Explore Aluminium and Steel Hot rolling oil requirements in assigned markets
  • Focus on developing Food grade and Grease segments across GCC
  • Promote premium products for IO in UAE & GCC
  • Strict adherence and compliance towards Group HSE Charter and MAESTRO requirement and affiliate's HSEQ policy, procedures and regulations applicable to the area of activity at all times
  • Demonstrate exemplary conduct, rigor, vigilance and professionalism regarding HSE in all their activities
  • Ensure adherence to compliance processes and guidelines specific to position's roles and responsibilities

QUALIFICATIONS / EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

Knowledge:
  • Matured experienced person with hands on experience in Lubricants business, preferably Industrial lubricants
Skills:
  • Good communication and presentation skills
  • Analytical with the ability to attend to all the details.
  • Self-motivated, creative with good skills for planning and independently carrying out job
Experience:
  • Atleast 2 to 5 Years Experience in Business to Business Sales preferably from the lubricants industry.
Education:
  • Graduate in Mechanical / Chemical Engineering.
