Recruitment Specialist
:
We are looking for a motivated and well-connected Recruitment Specialist to join our growing recruitment team. The ideal candidate is someone who is currently working in a company or has industry connections and can introduce our staffing services to their existing organization or professional network.
Your role will be to identify hiring needs within those companies and help us place the right candidates.

Key Responsibilities:
Leverage your existing employment or professional connections to identify hiring needs.
Introduce and promote our recruitment services to HR departments or hiring managers.
Coordinate with our internal team to match companies' hiring requirements with suitable candidates.
Serve as a liaison between the client (your company or contact) and our recruitment agency.
Maintain professional integrity and confidentiality.
Requirements:
Currently employed or have strong relationships within companies that frequently hire.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and networking skills.
Basic understanding of recruitment processes.
Self-motivated and target-driven mindset.
Ability to work independently with a results-oriented approach.

Pay: AED1,200.00 - AED1,500.00 per month
