Job Description
A leading company is actively recruiting a Business Development & Training Specialist to be based in the UAE or KSA.

The main responsibilities will include but not limited to:
- Identify clinical education needs in the assigned region.
- Define and develop training strategy in line with overall company strategies.
- Conduct training to enhance team productivity and sales performance.
- Assess the impact of training programs and provide recommendations for improvements.
- Develop and implement strategies to achieve sales targets, revenue growth, and profitability within the assigned region.
- Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline and sell portfolio to potential customers.
- Open to candidates based in, or willing to relocate to KSA/UAE.
- Bachelor's degree in a Clinical or Technical field.
- Minimum 2 years of business development experience within the Medical Devices industry.
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Trainer.
- Must have Clinical Dental experience.
- Excellent negotiation, analytical, planning, and organisational skills.
- Excellent project management and implementation skills
- Willingness to travel as required.
