Business Development – Sr. Executive (freight Forwarding / Logistics)
Job Description
We are looking for a Senior Executive in Business Development to expand our freight forwarding and logistics services. The role involves developing new clients, maintaining existing accounts, and increasing the company's market share.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in logistics, business, or related field.
3-7 years of experience in freight forwarding or logistics sales within the Shipping Agency and Freight Forwarding industry.
Strong network within the logistics industry.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Proven ability to achieve sales targets.
Responsibilities:
Identify potential clients and generate leads.
Develop customized logistics solutions for clients.
Negotiate pricing and contractual terms.
Maintain relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
Coordinate with operations to ensure seamless service delivery.
Prepare sales reports and market analysis.
