Identify, approach, and onboard new restaurants, cafes, and food suppliers to the YAY Food platform.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with partners to ensure continuous engagement and satisfaction.
Conduct market research to identify growth opportunities, emerging trends, and competitor activities in the food and delivery sector.
Achieve and exceed monthly sales and onboarding targets.
Negotiate agreements, terms, and pricing with potential partners to ensure mutual profitability.
Collaborate with the marketing and operations teams to ensure smooth onboarding, promotions, and service execution.
Attend events, exhibitions, and meetings to promote the YAY Food brand.
Prepare reports and updates on business performance, pipeline status, and sales progress.
Ensure partner compliance with YAY Food's quality and operational standards.
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Proven experience (2-4 years) in sales or business development, preferably in
food delivery, e-commerce, or hospitality industries
.
Strong communication and negotiation skills with fluency in
Hindi, Urdu, and English
(spoken and written).
Excellent interpersonal and presentation abilities.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM tools.
Valid UAE driving license is an advantage.
