The role requires a proactive professional with a strong understanding of the Dubai real estate market and the ability to convert prospects into long-term business relationships.
Key Responsibilities
Identify new business opportunities through research, networking, and lead generation.
Develop and maintain relationships with property owners, investors, and developers.
Present and promote company services (Sales, Leasing, Property Management, Holiday Homes) to prospective clients.
Collaborate with internal departments (Sales, Marketing, and Operations) to ensure service excellence and client satisfaction.
Prepare business proposals, presentations, and customized offers.
Negotiate agreements, contracts, and partnership terms in line with company policies.
Participate in real estate exhibitions, networking events, and industry forums to enhance company visibility.
Track and report on key performance metrics such as conversion rates, revenue growth, and client retention.
Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes impacting the real estate industry.
Support the implementation of marketing and promotional campaigns to attract new business.
Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Minimum 2-5 years of experience in business development, preferably in real estate or property management.
Proven record of achieving business growth targets and developing client portfolios.
Strong understanding of the UAE real estate market, RERA regulations, and industry dynamics.
