Business Development Specialist
to expand our market presence and build lasting client relationships. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying opportunities, generating new business, and driving sales growth in the
interior, architectural, and landscaping sectors

Key Responsibilities
Identify, develop, and secure new business opportunities within the interior design, architecture, and landscaping markets.
Build and maintain strong relationships with architects, designers, contractors, consultants, property developers, and corporate clients.
Conduct market research to track industry trends, competitor activities, and potential leads.
Prepare and deliver professional presentations, proposals, and quotations tailored to client requirements.
Collaborate with internal design and project teams to ensure smooth project execution.
Negotiate contracts, close deals, and achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets.
Represent Grafitti Ceramics at industry events, exhibitions, and networking forums.
Provide accurate sales forecasts, reports, and market insights to management.
Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Architecture, Interior Design, or related field.
Proven experience in business development or sales within
interior design, architecture, or landscaping industries
.
Strong professional network with the ability to generate leads independently.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Understanding of design and architectural concepts.
Self-driven, target-oriented, and capable of working independently.
Proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of CRM tools is a plus.
Preferred Experience
3-5 years of relevant experience in business development or sales.
Exposure to high-value projects in commercial, residential, hospitality, or luxury segments.
