We are looking for a motivated, organized, and creative individual to join our team as a Training Sales & Business Development Executive. The ideal candidate welcomes the challenge of acquiring new business, nurturing relationships, and driving growth in the training sector.
Responsibilities
Build and maintain strong relationships with HR, L&D, and business leaders.
Proactively identify new training opportunities and propose tailored solutions.
Develop strategies to target high-potential clients and secure long-term partnerships.
Drive the full sales cycle -- from lead generation to closing training contracts.
Maintain knowledge of market trends, competitors, and emerging training needs.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
3+ years of experience in sales or business development (preferably in training/consulting).
Strong communication and presentation skills.
Target-driven with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
Passion for learning, development, and building client success stories.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
