Job Description

Job Title: Business Development Specialist

Location:

Al Quoz, Dubai

Employment Type:

Full-Time

Salary:

Competitive Salary + Commission %

Key Responsibilities:

Identify new business opportunities, including corporate clients, and fleet services.

Develop and implement outreach strategies to attract and retain customers.

Build relationships with local businesses and commercial fleet operators.

Collaborate with marketing to drive campaigns, promotions and events.

Monitor market trends and competitor activity to adjust strategies.

Generate and present regular sales performance reports.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred).

2+ years of experience in business development, preferably in automotive or service industries.

Strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and meet targets.

Familiarity with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Valid driver's license but not mandatory.
