PRO Service Industry Sales People are preferred.

We are hiring for Business Development Executive to join our team immediately with PRO Service industry or HR Recruitment sales in KSA is mandatory

Responsible for securing new customers and maintaining/developing existing accounts.

Meet and exceed target set in terms of contributing and generating Gross Profit
Negotiate with the accounts as per price guidelines given, to maximize profits & develop new revenue streams.

Assimilate market information and take part in the overall business development through weekly / monthly sales meetings.

Initiate dialogue with key decision-makers (middle-level managers) on products and draft a trade development strategy (both short and long term).

The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering all phases of project and engagement management for multiple clients in a wide variety of industries

Responsibilities include planning, directing, and completing business consulting projects (Company Formations, KSA Govt. relation services, HR advisory services, KSA Immigration services, etc.)

Developing and maintaining productive working relationships within the team.

Maintain a good working relationship with clients and work effectively with client management and staff at all levels to gather information and perform services

Work collaboratively with other lines of service and practice areas to deliver other services

Communicate (verbally and in writing) externally with clients and internally with all levels of the organization to successfully accomplish objectives portraying knowledge and confidence

Adhere to the highest degree of professional standards and strict client confidentiality.
Experience:

Business Developments: 3 years (Preferred)

Pay: ?7,000.00 - ?8,000.00 per month
