BTL Promos is seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Business Development / Sales Officer to join our growing team in Dubai. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in corporate gifting or promotional product sales and the ability to build lasting B2B relationships with clients across multiple industries.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and develop new business opportunities with corporate clients in the UAE and GCC regions.
Promote and sell a wide range of branded corporate gift items and promotional merchandise.
Build, nurture, and maintain strong business relationships to drive client retention and satisfaction.
Participate in exhibitions, trade shows, and corporate networking events to generate new leads.
Prepare and deliver tailored sales proposals, quotations, and product presentations.
Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Collaborate with internal departments to ensure smooth order processing and after-sales service.
Requirements:
2-3 years of proven experience in sales or business development, specifically in corporate gifts or B2B services.
Strong understanding of corporate procurement and client expectations.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation abilities.
Fluency in English is required; Arabic proficiency is a plus.
Must currently reside in Dubai with a valid UAE driving license.
Proactive, self-driven, and target-focused individual.
Preferred Qualifications:
An existing network or client base in the UAE corporate sector.
Experience representing a company at trade exhibitions and events.
Familiarity with CRM systems and sales performance tracking.
