Business Development Representative

Job Description

We are seeking a high-energy, results-driven Sales Specialist to spearhead the growth of the Baldan portfolio of Aesthetic and wellness devices and products in the UAE. This role is for a "Hunter" who can leverage existing clinic relationships to drive capital equipment sales and long-term consumable revenue.

Key Responsibilities:



?

Clinic Acquisition:

Prospect and close sales with DHA/MOH licensed aesthetic clinics medical centers, hospitals, pharmacies, beauty salons, hotel spas and wellness centres.

Quotations:

generate and present professional quotations to prospects, managing the negotiation process and maintaining a rigorous follow-up schedule.

Pipeline Management

: Maintain an updated CRM of all leads.

Demonstrations:

Conduct High level of demonstrations. ?

ROI Consultations:

Pitch to clinic owners based on profitability, "cost-per-treatment," and patient retention. ?

Event Support:

Drive attendance to clinical workshops and open days.

Requirements:



?2-3 years of proven experience in the

UAE Aesthetic Medical Device

market. ?Strong existing network of Dermatologists, Plastic Surgeons, and Clinic Managers. ?Arabic and English fluency (Highly preferred for the UAE market). ?Valid UAE Driver's License.

Compensation Structure:



?Competitive base salary + Tiered Commission.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED4,500.00 - AED6,500.00 per month

Experience:

* Aesthetic product sales in UAE: 2 years (Required)
