Engage with potential clients through various communication channels to understand their needs and present our services. Maintain and nurture relationships with existing clients to promote repeat business and referrals. Develop and implement strategic outreach plans to target specific markets and demographics. Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional materials and campaigns that resonate with potential clients. Provide regular reports on sales activities, lead status, and market conditions to upper management.

Requirements

Proven experience in business development. Strong networking skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both verbal and written. Self-motivated and results-driven with a focus on achieving targets. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools to track leads and analyze customer data.
