Role Overview

We are looking for a motivated

Business Development Representative (BDR)

to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving new business opportunities, building client relationships, and supporting the company's growth objectives in the UAE market.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and develop new business opportunities in the events and hospitality sector Build and maintain strong client relationships through effective networking Conduct market research to identify potential clients and industry trends Prepare and deliver engaging presentations and proposals to prospective clients Collaborate with the management team to develop sales strategies and targets Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and client meetings Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, and sales progress in CRM tools

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field 2-4 years of experience in

business development or sales

, preferably in

event management, hospitality, or staffing solutions

Strong networking and relationship-building skills Excellent communication and negotiation abilities Ability to work independently and as part of a team Familiarity with the UAE/GCC market is a strong advantage Proficiency in English; Arabic is a plus
