Job Description

Business Development Executive - GEMS Accounting


Key Responsibilities:



Lead Generation & Client Acquisition



Identify and contact potential clients for accounting, VAT, tax, and advisory services. Generate leads via networking, referrals, and online channels.

Sales & Proposal Management



Prepare and present customized proposals. Follow up with prospects and assist in deal closure.

Market Research & Strategy



Analyze market trends and competitor offerings. Support strategic planning and service positioning.

Client Relationship Management



Maintain strong client relationships and explore upselling opportunities. Coordinate with service teams for smooth onboarding.

Marketing & Events



Assist in organizing webinars, events, and digital campaigns. Represent the firm in industry events and forums.

Reporting



Maintain CRM and provide regular updates on sales activities and performance.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: AED4,300.00 - AED4,600.00 per month
