We are seeking a driven and well-connected Sales Representative to join our Dubai office. In this newly created role, you will be responsible for identifying, developing, and securing new business opportunities with companies across the UAE in need of highly skilled workers.

Key Responsibilities:

Source and secure new client accounts within the UAE across key industries. Build strong, long-term relationships with decision-makers and HR managers. Attend meetings, site visits, and industry events to expand the business network. Understand client workforce requirements and coordinate with our recruitment team in the Philippines and Australia. Maintain an active database of prospects, leads, and active clients. Stay informed on market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory requirements.
About You:

Minimum 3-5 years of B2B sales, business development, or recruitment experience in the UAE. Existing network within construction, infrastructure, hospitality, healthcare, or labour hire industries. Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills, with proven ability to deal with HR, procurement, and finance decision-makers in the UAE. Fluent in English, Arabic is an advantage but not essential. Candidates with similar backgrounds with strong local business networks in manpower and recruitment sectors are strongly encouraged to apply. Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and report remotely to the Australian head office.
