LEAD / MANAGER - BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT



Who you are:



? 6 to 8 years of B2B sales/business development experience, preferably in UAE or GCC

? Proven experience in closing high-value deals and managing long sales cycles

? Strong understanding of financial workflows, accounting processes, or finance-led services

? Excellent communication, consultative selling, and relationship-building skills

? Highly self-driven, entrepreneurial, and comfortable working in a growth-stage company ? Local UAE experience or network is a strong advantage

? Ability to scale with a team, build region-specific sales or pre-sales capabilities over time

? Enthusiastic about continuous learning, market trends, and evolving customer expectations

What will you do:



? Own and execute the go-to-market plan for UAE

? Generate and close B2B opportunities through a mix of outbound prospecting, inbound follow-ups, and referral-based growth

? Build strong relationships with CXOs, finance heads, HR leaders and procurement teams ? Use Covoro's existing reference clients to open doors and build trust in the UAE market

? Lead end-to-end sales process, from discovery, demos, proposal creation to closure

? Understand customer business challenges and tailor solutions accordingly

? Collaborate with delivery, finance and marketing teams to ensure post-sale success and local alignment

? Attend key networking events, conferences, or partner meetings to grow brand presence ? Provide feedback from the market to shape pricing, product messaging, and partnership models

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED12,000.00 - AED13,000.00 per month
