Position Overview:



The Business Development Representative is responsible for driving revenue growth through the sale of software solutions offered by Faronics. This individual will work from our office in Dubai, UAE and will be responsible for managing the entire sales cycle, from prospecting to close. The role focuses on B2B sales, targeting IT departments within but not limited to education, enterprise, government, and healthcare sectors.

Key Responsibilities:



Prospect and qualify leads through outbound calls, emails, trade shows, and referrals Conduct needs analysis and consult with potential customers to understand pain points Coordinate product demonstrations (via screen sharing or in-person meetings) Prepare and deliver proposals and quotations Negotiate pricing, licensing, and contract terms with clients Close sales and ensure a smooth handoff to the onboarding or support team Maintain accurate and up-to-date activity in the CRM system Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales quotas Collaborate with marketing, support, and product teams to relay customer feedback

Required Qualifications:



Bachelor's Degree required; Business, Marketing, or related field preferred 2+ year of experience in B2B software or IT sales (preferred) Familiarity with system restore, endpoint security, or IT management tools is a plus Strong communication, organizational, and time management skills Proficient in using CRM systems and standard productivity tools (MS Office, G Suite, etc.) Self-starter with a competitive mindset and team-first attitude Comfortable working in a performance-driven, in-office environment Fluency in Arabic speaking, reading and writing required.

Performance Metrics:



Monthly and quarterly sales targets achieved Number of qualified leads generated Product demo-to-close conversion rate CRM data accuracy and timely follow-ups Customer satisfaction ratings post-sale Retention and upsell performance over time

Working Conditions:



Full-time, in-office role (Monday-Friday, standard business hours) Occasional travel to trade shows, client sites, or events may be required Office environment with standard equipment and conditions
