Job Summary



The Business Development Representative will focus on generating new business opportunities through cold calling, outbound prospecting, and lead qualification. The ideal candidate is proactive, resilient, and skilled at building relationships over the phone and email.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct high-volume outbound calls and emails to prospective clients. Identify and qualify potential leads based on target profiles and criteria. Schedule meetings and demos for the sales team. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of leads and activities in CRM. Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to optimize outreach strategies. Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly targets for calls, qualified leads, and conversions. Provide feedback from prospects to help refine product messaging and sales approach.
Requirements & Qualifications

Proven experience in B2B sales, cold calling, or lead generation. Strong communication and negotiation skills. Persistent, goal-oriented, and self-motivated. Comfortable working in a target-driven environment. Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) is a plus. Basic understanding of ERP systems or software solutions is preferred but not mandatory.

Excellent phone etiquette and written communication. Ability to handle rejection and stay motivated. Strong organizational and time management skills. Quick learner with a proactive attitude.
