Business Development Executive (Female)

to grow our business within the

HORECA sector

. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new opportunities, building strong relationships with clients in the hotel, restaurant, and cafe segments, and achieving sales targets. This role involves field work, client meetings, and working closely with marketing, operations, and product teams to develop tailored solutions.

What will you do?

Identify and approach potential clients in the HORECA sector (hotels, restaurants, cafes, caterers, etc.). Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key decision-makers (chefs, purchasing managers, F&B managers, etc.). Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitor activities. Develop and implement strategic business development plans to increase market share and revenue. Promote company products/services, conduct product demonstrations, and negotiate deals. Manage the entire sales cycle - from lead generation to closing. Follow up on sales leads, inquiries, and client feedback in a timely and professional manner. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely deliveries and excellent customer service. Prepare and present regular sales reports, forecasts, and market insights to management. Attend industry events, exhibitions, and networking opportunities to expand brand presence.
What we need?

Good communication skill (Arab Speaker) Ability to work in pressure and meet dead lines Co-ordinate within team and ensure timely follow up to achieve target Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
