local Business Development Partners
in [UAE].
Role Overview
The Business Development Partner is responsible for
developing new client relationships
and
securing manpower requirements
from local employers and recruitment agencies in the assigned country. The role focuses on bringing
client demand
to Rio International, which will then source and mobilise suitable workers from India and asia.
This is a
remote, flexible role
, suitable for professionals with an existing network in
recruitment, staffing, construction, industrial services or HR
. Engagement can be
commission-based
or
hybrid (retainer + commission)
depending on experience and performance.
Key Responsibilities
Client Acquisition & Relationship Building
Identify and approach
employers and recruitment / staffing agencies
in [UAE] that face labour shortages, especially in:
Construction and infrastructure
Manufacturing and industrial operations
Logistics, warehousing and facility management
Hospitality and healthcare support (where applicable)
Build and maintain strong relationships with HR, procurement, operations managers and agency owners.
Present Rio International's services as a trusted partner for
supplying Asian candidate
.
Requirement Generation & Coordination
Secure
clear manpower requirements
from clients, including:
Job titles / trades
Number of workers
Work location and project details
Salary ranges and benefits
Required skills, experience and language levels
Expected joining timelines
Share requirements accurately with Rio International's team in India and coordinate clarifications.
Arrange and participate in
online meetings
(Zoom/Teams) between clients and Rio International to finalise terms.
Negotiation & Closure
Support in discussing
commercial terms
, service agreements and basic contract conditions with clients.
Work with Rio International to align on a competitive proposal for each client.
Help drive opportunities from initial contact to
signed agreement / LOI / manpower order
.
Market Intelligence & Reporting
Monitor local market trends in UAE related to labour shortage, foreign workers, and recruitment regulations.
Provide regular feedback to Rio International on:
In?demand roles and salaries
Competitor activities
Potential sectors for expansion
Maintain basic records of leads, opportunities, meetings and closures (simple reporting/CRM).
Candidate Profile
Essential
Currently
based in [UAE]
.
2-5+ years of experience in one or more of the following:
Recruitment / staffing agency
HR or talent acquisition
B2B sales / business development (preferably in construction, industrial or services sectors).
Existing
network or access to decision?makers
in at least one of the following:
Construction companies / contractors
Industrial / manufacturing plants
Logistics / warehousing providers
Local staffing / manpower agencies.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Comfortable working independently, managing own pipeline and meetings.
Proficient in
local language + English
(spoken and written).
Preferred
Prior experience working with
foreign workers / overseas recruitment
.
Understanding of local labour / immigration rules for hiring non?EU/foreign workers (not mandatory but an advantage).
Experience working on
commission or performance?based
roles.
