This includes convincing the target client to choose Alaysary Institute over alternatives and successfully translating that trust into financial agreements.
Key Responsibilities
1. Field Marketing & Institutional Relations (Top Priority)
Conduct regular, structured field visits to targeted institutions (ministries, schools, authorities, organizations).
Meet with decision-makers (Directors General, Department Heads, Section Managers).
Professionally present the institute's profile and tailor service proposals to each entity's needs.
Demonstrate persistence, resilience, and professionalism in navigating institutional processes and bureaucracy until contracts are successfully closed.
2. Sales & Client Management
Handle inquiries and convert leads into confirmed clients through effective negotiation and persuasion.
Build, maintain, and regularly update a structured client database.
Develop long-term relationships that encourage repeat business and referrals.
Oversee daily administrative activities to ensure smooth delivery of training programs.
Manage basic financial operations, including:
+ Issuing invoices
+ Following up on collections and payments
+ Monitoring expenses
+ Preparing periodic financial reports for management
